Ice Cream Filling Machine - Improve the Efficiency of Ice Cream Factory
Ice cream filling machine (cup ice cream filling machine, cone ice cream filling machine ) or say ice cream filler is multifunctional filling equipment that can fill ice cream with multiple heads through intermittent rectilinear movement. It mainly produces cone ice cream, cup ice cream, cornetto ice cream, container ice cream, rotary ice cream, double color, triple color ice cream, jam ice cream, chocolate ice cream, plane cutting products, etc.

Our machine is built on a sturdy stainless steel frame. The ice cream filling machine is designed to meet the highest hygienic stan-dard, including a fully open frame which avoids water traps an-d allows for efficient hose-down cleaning. Spray nozzles for lamella cleaning are also included as stan-dard equipment.
Lubrication free, stainless steel conveyer chains with pitch of 70mm carry the lamellas which are mounted onto the chains by means of "quick lock" screws for easy change-over.
All the upper working stations are fitted on the rails, without fixing holes which allows for easy an-d fast positioning of the station without the use of tools.
All filling, decorating an-d auxiliary equipment including nozzles, hoses, drive station etc. are designed for simple an-d quick disconnection for easy product change-over an-d effective cleaning.
