Is that possible got best quality ice cream mould from China? Somebody say yes, but somebody no. Why? Actually, there is only very few customer satisfy with Chinese ice cream mould, the real reason is misundersta-nding of different c-ounry customer. One side, in China, Changing ice cream mould is very frequent in Chinese plant, there is about 4 or 6 monthes should be changed ice cream mould meet customer needs. So, really not necessary make ice cream mould with SS316 or higher stan-dard material, normally SS304 is enough. Another side, global market ice cream plant, always make classical shape bar ice cream, so they almost never change the mould at least in 2 or 3 years, then really very necessary make a good ice cream mould match for stick ice cream machine. Material consider as SS316 or higher sta-ndard, with solderless joint technology.
In my opinions, solderless joint is very very very important for whatever SS304 or SS316, because whatever any quality material would be corrode by brine in future working, if there is any gap in the mould, will be easily stain or leak, then waste ice cream, even affact ice cream sanitation.
So, in one world, confirm there is possible to get the best quality ice cream mould, just should be make clear to the supplier who has resposibility for satisfy clients needs.
